Delete Your Innera Account
We respect your right to control your data. Here’s how to delete your account and what happens when you do.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
Open Innera → Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
This immediately deletes your account and wipes all recordings, vision boards, and data on the device.

Option 2 — Without the app
Email business@shiftunlock.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete your account within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted
- Your account (email, display name, and Firebase user identifier).
- Your voice recordings and vision board images stored on the device.
- The app’s local database of recording and vision board information.
- You are logged out of your subscription (RevenueCat) on the device.
Good to Know
- Because your recordings and images are stored only on your device, deleting your account or uninstalling the app removes them permanently. This cannot be undone, so back up anything you want to keep first.
- An active subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription — manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat are retained according to their policies and applicable law.
